Gigi's Cafe of Uptown in MPLS is using Weiss Woods Maple Syrup as of January 1 2023. They are using it as an ingredient in their baked goods and with their breakfast entree's such as french toast. Check out The Book Club and The Tiny Diner which are also Weiss Woods Maple Syrup customers in south MPLS.
