MAPLE VINAIGRETTE

Shake ¼ cup each apple cider vinegar and olive oil, 2 tbsp pure maple syrup, 1 ½ tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 ½ tsp fresh lemon juice and ½ tsp salt in a jar with a tight-fitting lid until well combined. Toss with salad greens. Makes 2/3 cup.
