Maple Salmon

¼ cup maple syrup

2 tbsp soy sauce

Minced garlic

Salt and pepper

1 lb salmon

Combine above ingredients – add to zip lock bag along with salmon. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard marinade and bake salmon uncovered for 20 minutes.
