Fresh, extra sweet corn on the cob, husked and cleaned

Maple cream

Fresh ground black pepper
Boil the corn until just done or grill it for 10-15 minutes until hot and lightly marked by the grill. Spread with butter, a little maple cream and season well with salt and fresh ground black pepper.
