GRANDMA RADLE’S MAPLE SYRUP PIE

1 Cup Cream

1 Cup PURE MAPLE SYRUP

2 TBSP Flour

1 TSP Butter

½ TSP Salt

½ TSP Ground Cinnamon


Put all ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook until it thickens, stirring at all times. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pastry crust. If you want, place pastry strips on top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
