CREAMY MAPLE FREEZE

4 eggs or 6 egg yolks
2/3 to 1 cup hot maple syrup
2 cups whipping cream, whipped
Beat eggs slightly and add maple syrup slowly. Stir and cook in top of double boiler until mixture thickens. Cool and fold in whipped cream. Freeze. 4-6 servings.
