Bourbon barrel aged pure maple syrup - as the days become warmer and longer in the sugaring season, we produce a full-bodied maple syrup grade.  Both the color and the maple flavor are stronger and more intense than the Amber Rich grade.   This dark robust flavored syrup was then aged for six months in a fresh Tattersall bourbon barrel.   The end result is our award winning beautiful bourbon flavored maple syrup!
