Weiss Woods of Plum Creek is a 4th generation family owned and operated maple syrup producing operation located in the beautifully wooded hills of western Wisconsin. The Weiss brothers who currently run this operation learned the art of fine maple syrup production from their Grandfather back in the early 1980's, who is shown in the above picture.
